The 'Tubes' that get us 'Internets'

So, maybe if you keep up at all on technology and politics, you might have heard of Senator Ted Stevens (R-Alaska), who recently explained the reason for his opposing vote on the net-neutrality bill recently brought before the Commerce Committee.
